Installation Steps

1. Download the mod file and extract it using a file extractor like WinRAR.
2. Copy the 'syclone' folder to the following directory: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
3. Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and open the dlclist.xml file with a text editor.
4. Add the following line to the end of the list within dlclist.xml: <Item>dlcpacks:/syclone/</Item>
5. Save the changes and close the text editor.
6. Start the game and use a trainer to spawn the vehicle by typing "syclone".
