Installation Steps

1. Open OPENIV.
2. Navigate to (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks).
3. Copy the folder named "prally" into the directory.
4. Next, go to (mods)/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml.
5. Add the following line: dlcpacks:/prally/ to the dlclist.xml file.
6. Ensure you have an updated gameconfig file to support the add-on.
