Installation:

1. Put "CivilianOmnis" in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add dlcpacks:\CivilianOmmis\ to dlclist.xml in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Mod Features:

I’ve extensively modified the original Omnis model from Rockstar to create a civilian version that appears realistic and credible within the GTA V universe.

• Replaced the original Rockstar model with a new OBEY Omnis RS, developed from the Omnis2 model.
• Like the Sultan and Specter models, the Omnis2 can be taken to Benny’s and customized into the RS variant.
• The Omnis RS features identical handling to Rockstar’s original model along with 91 new mod parts including spoilers, bonnets, seats, and steering wheels.
• Original parts removed from the RS model have been converted into tuning parts, allowing players to revert to the original model if desired.

This pack includes both the original and modified vehicles, meaning all COOCP functionality is now included in this mod.

Key Functionalities:

• Level of Detail models (LODs)
• Fully functional dials
• Dirt map for a realistic look
• Burn area, glass shards, and more
