Installation Steps:

1. Download and extract the Dassault Rafale M mod files.
2. Open the GTA V directory and navigate to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks.
3. Create a new folder named rafalem and copy the extracted files into this folder.
4. Go back to the update folder and open update.rpf in OpenIV.
5. Navigate to common > data and extract dlclist.xml to your desktop.
6. Edit dlclist.xml and add the line: <Item>dlcpacks:/rafalem/</Item>.
7. Save the changes and replace the existing dlclist.xml in OpenIV.
8. Launch GTA V and use a trainer to spawn the vehicle using the name rafalem.
