Installation Steps:

1. Download the mod and extract the content.
2. Open your GTA V mods folder: GTAV/mods. If you don't have one, create it.
3. Navigate to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and copy the extracted folder here.
4. Edit the dlclist.xml file located at GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data using OpenIV.
5. Add the following line:

   <Item>dlcpacks:/[folder name]/</Item>

   replacing [folder name] with the name of the folder you copied earlier.
6. Save the changes and close the file.
7. Launch GTA V and use a trainer to spawn the vehicle using its name.
