Installation Instructions:

1. Extract the "7673" folder.
2. Place the "7673" folder in "GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks".
3. Open "dlclist.xml" (located in "GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data") and add the following line:

4. Save the modified "dlclist.xml" file and replace it using OpenIV.
