Installation Instructions:

Replace Mode:
1. Navigate to "x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles" using OpenIV.
2. Replace the "surfer" vehicle files with the mod files.

Add-On Mode:
1. Drag the extracted "2022siennaxse" folder to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" using OpenIV.
2. Go to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data", right-click on "dlclist.xml" and choose "Edit".
3. Add the following line to the "dlclist.xml" file: dlcpacks:/2022siennaxse/
4. Save the changes and launch the game.
