Installation Instructions:

For Single Player:
1. Using OpenIV, copy the "cometsa" folder into "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
2. Add the following line to "dlclist.xml" located in "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data": dlcpacks:\cometsa\
3. In-game, use the spawn name "cometsa" to spawn the vehicle

For FiveM Server:
1. Copy the "cometsa" folder inside the downloaded "fivem" folder to your server resources folder
2. Add "start cometsa" to your server.cfg file
3. In-game, use the spawn name "cometsa" to spawn the vehicle
