1. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
2. Place the extracted "warthog" folder into the "dlcpacks" directory
3. Edit the "dlclist.xml" file located in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and add the following line: dlcpacks:/warthog/
4. Save and close the file
