Installation Instructions (Add-On):
1. Extract the "topcar720" folder from the downloaded archive.
2. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" and create a new folder called "topcar720". Place the extracted "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder.
3. Export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop using OpenIV.
4. Open the "dlclist.xml" file with any text editor, and add the following line to the end: dlcpacks:\topcar720\
5. Import the modified "dlclist.xml" file back to the path mentioned above using OpenIV.
6. Installation is complete. Use any trainer to spawn the vehicle in-game with the model name: "topcar720"
