Using OpenIV, extract the file "dlclist.xml" found in GTAV/update/update.rpf/common/data, and open it using a text editor. Add the following line:
dlcpacks:/nissanr33tbk/

Save the modified "dlclist.xml" file and replace it using OpenIV.

Step 3:
Launch Grand Theft Auto V and spawn the vehicle using the name "nissanr33tbk".
