Edit the "dlclist.xml" file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line above the "" line:

dlcpacks:/m4akra/

Ensure the new line is aligned with the other lines above it. Save and close the "dlclist.xml" file.

Step 3:
Launch the game and use any trainer to spawn the BMW M4 Akrapovic by entering the car spawn name: m4akra
