Export "dlclist.xml" from "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data" using OpenIV. Open the file with a text editor and add the following line to the end:

dlcpacks:/sennagtr19/

Step 3:
Import the edited "dlclist.xml" file back to the original path using OpenIV.

Step 4:
Installation is complete. Use any trainer to spawn the car with the name "sennagtr19" and enjoy your ride!
