Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks

Open OpenIV and navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data

Step 3:
Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line at the end:

dlcpacks:/polalamoc/

Save the file and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file in OpenIV.

(Optional) Step 4:
- For an optional pattern, replace the respective .yft files and replace the 'carcols.meta' in "polalamoc > dlc.rpf > common"
- Select a folder from "Traffic Advisory" and choose an XML pattern, placing both files in Plugins > DLS
