Step 3:
Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line:

dlcpacks:/a70/

Save the file and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file in OpenIV.

Step 4:
Load up the game, and use a trainer to spawn the car by entering the spawn name: "a70"
