Navigate to the 'dlclist.xml' file within the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data

Step 3:
Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line at the bottom:

dlcpacks:/gtrs4/

Save the file and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file in OpenIV.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use any trainer and enter the spawn name: "gtrs4"
