Installation Instructions:

Step 1:

Copy the "lssdsecstan" folder to your Grand Theft Auto V dlcpacks folder, typically found in the following location: update/x64/dlcpacks

Step 2:

Using OpenIV, navigate to update.rpf, then go to: /common/data. Edit the "dlclist.xml" file and add the following line:

dlcpacks:/lssdsecstan/

Step 3:

Save the modified "dlclist.xml" file and close OpenIV. The EUP textures come with their own installation instructions included.
