Then, using OpenIV, decompress either X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml or X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml. Add the line "dlcpacks:\oycval\" to the file and save it.

The car can be spawned with the name "oycval".
