Installation Instructions:
1. Extract the "f35a" folder from the downloaded archive
2. Copy the "f35a" folder to "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Using OpenIV, export "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml"
4. Open "dlclist.xml" in a text editor, and add the following line between and at the bottom of the file: dlcpacks:/f35a/
5. Save the changes and import the modified "dlclist.xml" back into OpenIV
6. To spawn the aircraft in-game, use a trainer and enter the spawn name: f35a
