To install the mod, simply extract the "b24l" folder and add it to your Grand Theft Auto V mods\update\x64\dlcpacks directory. Then, navigate to the mods\update\update.rpf\common\data folder and add the line 'dlcpacks:\b24l\' to the dlclist.xml file.
