To install the mod, extract the 'streetr33' folder to your 'Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks' directory. Open 'dlclist.xml' file from 'Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/' directory and add the following line after the last entry: '< Item>dlcpacks:/streetr33/< /Item>'. Save and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file with the edited one using OpenIV. To spawn the vehicle, use a trainer and navigate to the "spawn by name" option and type "streetr33".
