X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Using OpenIV, navigate to:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Edit the "dlclist.xml" file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line:

dlcpacks:/rebel2/

Step 3:
Save the changes and close the "dlclist.xml" file.

Step 4:
Launch the game and use any trainer to spawn the Improved Karin Rebel by entering the car spawn name: rebel2
