Installation instructions:
1. Put the "kurumas" folder into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. If you don't have a mods folder, create one.
2. Insert the line "dlcpacks:/kurumas/" into the dlclist.xml file located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data.
3. Spawn the vehicle using the name "kurumas".
4. Enjoy your new car!
