Installation Instructions:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to or create the 'mods' folder in your GTA V folder. If you don't have one, create it.
3. Within the mods folder, navigate to or create the file path "update\x64\dlcpacks."
4. Copy the "halfpolice" folder from the downloaded .zip file into the mods folder.
5. Navigate to "update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml" and right-click to move it to the mods folder or show it if you already have it.
6. Add "dlcpacks:/halfpolice/" to the bottom of the list within the "dlclist.xml" file.
7. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use a trainer and enter the model name: "halfpolice"
