2. Navigate to GTA V directory / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
3. Create a new folder and name it "rctoystory", then drag the dlc.rpf file from the extracted zip into this new folder
4. Go to GTA V directory / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
5. Edit the dlclist.xml file and add the following line: "dlcpacks:/rctoystory/"
6. Save the edited dlclist.xml file and close

To spawn the Toy Story RC Car in-game, use a trainer or spawn menu and enter the spawn name "rctoystory".
