4. Open the 'dlclist.xml' file with a text editor and add the following line: dlcpacks:/intscout/
5. Save the modified 'dlclist.xml' file and replace the original in the "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" directory with OpenIV.
6. Done! In-game, use a trainer to spawn the vehicle.
