3. Using OpenIV, export the 'dlclist.xml' file from the mods\update\update.rpf\common\data directory to your desktop.
4. Open the 'dlclist.xml' file with a text editor, and add the following line: dlcpacks:/deltaflyer/
5. Save the modified 'dlclist.xml' file and replace the original in the mods\update\update.rpf\common\data directory with OpenIV.
6. Done! In-game, use a trainer to spawn the vehicle using the spawn name "deltaflyer".
