Installation Instructions:

1. Navigate to "gta5/mods/x64/dlcpacks" using OpenIV, activate "Edit Mode" and create a new folder named "riviera71"
2. Drag and drop the "riviera71" folder from the extracted archive into the newly-created "riviera71" folder
3. Go to "gta5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and edit the "dlclist.xml" file
4. Add the following line above :
dlcpacks:/riviera71/
5. Save and close the "dlclist.xml" file, and replace it back to its original location

- Lights not placed correctly
