Installation Instructions:
1. Start OpenIV
2. Copy the "22m2cs" folder to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
3. Navigate to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/"
4. Open the "dlclist.xml" file for editing and add the following line: dlcpacks:/22m2cs/
5. Save and replace the "dlclist.xml" file
