2. Navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" and create a new folder named "MR300SEL". Then, copy the extracted "MR300SEL" folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks".

3. Go back to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and edit the "dlclist.xml" file.

4. Add the following line to the "dlclist.xml" file: dlcpacks:/MR300SEL/

5. Save the changes and close OpenIV.

6. Launch GTA V and use a trainer of your choice to spawn the vehicle using the name "MR300SEL".
