Step 3:
Export "dlclist.xml" from "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data" to your desktop with OpenIV. Open the file with any text editor, and append the following line:

dlcpacks:/sf90/

Step 4:
Import "dlclist.xml" back to the path mentioned above with OpenIV.

Step 5:
Installation is complete. Use Menyoo trainer to spawn the car in-game.
