Installation is easy with this mod. Simply open OpenIV, go to '\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data', drag 'dlclist.xml' to your desktop and add the line 'dlcpacks:\funnycar\' before saving, closing and dragging back into OpenIV to overwrite the previous version. Then, make a new folder called 'funnycar' in '\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks', and drag 'dlc.xml' from the download into the new folder.
